The Practice

R I Cantrell Engineer Limited is a building services engineering consultancy practice specialising in survey type work (dilapidations, condition surveys, risk assessments etc), feasibility studies and investigation work. Other types of commission are undertaken at times.

 

The full range of electrical and mechanical services are covered.

 

Most often commissions are undertaken in conjunction with building surveyors and the practice is frequently appointed by surveyors for the specialised aspects of surveys on larger buildings. Other investigations are undertaken directly for end clients.

 

The practice is based in Colchester and basically comprises one engineer with secretarial support, although on large projects where more resource is required addition manpower can be brought in.

 

If preferred the practice can undertake the full survey of buildings by arranging for building surveyors to undertake the building fabric elements.

 

The practice was formed in June 2007.

 

Location

The practice is located in Colchester. Work can be undertaken anywhere in the United Kingdom and overseas commissions may be taken.
